ADHD & Autism Social Skills GrouP

We provide a supportive space where children and teens can strengthen emotional regulation, build social understanding, and practice practical skills for everyday life with guidance and encouragement.

Supporting Children with ADHD and Autism:

Raising a child with ADHD or Autism Spectrum Disorder can sometimes feel isolating. Many children:

– Want friendships and meaningful connections
– Struggle with reading social cues
– Experience impulsivity or challenges with emotional regulation
– Feel unsure how to navigate peer dynamics
– Long for belonging but benefit from structured support

Small, Structured Social Groups:

Small, structured groups are being developed for children and teens with:

– ADHD
– Autism Spectrum Disorder (Level 1)

These groups will focus on:

– Real-time practice of social skills
– Emotional awareness and regulation
– Structured communication skills
– Understanding peer relationships
– Building confidence and authentic connection

A Thoughtful, Individualized Approach
With a background in special education and school psychology, the impact of feeling left out or misunderstood is deeply understood. Because ADHD and Autism present differently in each child, support must be intentional, structured, and responsive to individual strengths and needs.
